She has 16 years of food and beverage industry experience with a focus on protein, hydrocolloid, cultures, probiotics and enzyme ingredient interactions and application development. Prior to joining Nutrition & Biosicences in 2018, she worked for GELITA and Rembrandt Foods. She received her B.Sc. in Chemistry and Mathematics from Buena Vista University. She received her BSc in Chemistry from St. Mary’s College of California and her PhD in Food Science & Technology from Cornell University.
